I have called the dealership number to contact the service center, but it was around 9am when I called so I went online to see if the service had a different set of hours and contacted them directly. When I have called the service center to reschedule my appointment, a lady picked up the phone and she just said "Hello". I wasn't sure I was contacting the service department or not at first. It seems like when I call to make an appointment (which is once every few months) the people there seem like they are having a bad day.....this ongoing attitude seems to be on and off since I have gotten my car last year.
